Feeling Drained

Good afternoon! Man, the past couple of days have been a roller coaster. I have been feeling so run down and icky, I really hope that this is isn't early signs of some stomach bug or the flu... I hate feeling so run down. Like the energy has been zapped out of me. Anyway, besides feeling run down, Colin and I have experienced car troubles. The Durango is getting fixed. As much as it needed to be done, it just all happened at once. Isn't that how it goes? One drop of rain and it begins to pour.

I try not to allow the little inconveniences, dictate my mood. It is so hard, when the money we try to save goes right out the window the same time we save it. I try to have a positive attitude towards the negative situations. It is something to teach our children. That life is not easy. One of the many things, I am thankful for my parents, is that they were transparent about what was going on. Because I saw the frustrations and hard times. I was able to understand that life was hard at times. Not to take anything for granted.

Tonight, we are suppose to go to church. At our church, we are talking about international missions. The focus for this evening is Peru. I am so thankful to be apart of a church that is missions oriented. One of the things that is important to us, is to teach our kids the importance of sharing the gospel but also the different cultures.

Well, I think a nap is in order. I am praying that whatever is going on gets figured out. I really don't want a virus. My poor husband!
